SciCADE, the International Conference on Scientific Computation and Differential Equations, will be hosted by the University of Potsdam, Germany, September 14-18, 2015. The Conference Venue will be at the Campus Griebnitzsee.
The conference is supported by a grant from the German Science Foundation.

International Conference on

SciCADE is a biennial meeting that focuses on scientific computation using numerical methods for ordinary and partial differential equations, differential algebraic equations, stochastic differential equations and dynamical systems, among others. Numerical techniques in applications will be emphasized, including

  • Optimization and optimal control
  • Chemical and mechanical engineering
  • Stochastic differential equations
  • Problems with geometric structure
  • Circuit simulation
  • Molecular dynamics
  • Inverse problems
  • Multiscale methods
  • Computational Biology
  • Financial Mathematics
  • Image processing
  • Software issues
  • Mechanics
  • ... and more.

The last five meetings have been held at Nagoya (Japan, 2005), Saint-Malo (France, 2007), Beijing (China, 2009), Toronto (Canada, 2011) and Valladolid (Spain, 2013). The next meeting will be hosted by the University of Bath (United Kingdom, 2017).
